Manuel Gelerman

Mr. Gelerman has twenty years of experience in the electronics industry.
His management roles have included; Business Development, Procurement, Planning and Operation, mainly for a high-tech provider requiring complex communication systems. His forward thinking and understanding of the global market has allowed him to streamline automation and value added processes to improve time to Market and day to day work load.
Mr. Gelerman is the visionary of MPIQC.
Claude Girard
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Girard has over thirty years of experience in the electronics industry.
Mr. Girard has held various positions in Quality Engineering, Design (Analog, Power Supply, Digital, ASICs and System), Procurement, Program Management, Sales Director and General Manager with companies including Canadian Marconi, UTTC and Advantech AMS.
He has a Six Sigma certification and degrees in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Technology.
Mr. Girard is a Member of OIQ
(L’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec).
Claude Losier
PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Losier has over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Mr. Losier has held various position mainly within Hardware Design (PCB, FPGA, ASIC and System), R&D management, Manufacturing Management and Business Development with companies including Matrox, Teledyne FLIR (formely ICX Radar System), Intelcan Technosystems and MDA Space (formely Spar Aerospace).
Mr. Losier holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) and Electrical Technology diploma.
Mr. Losier is a Member of OIQ
(L’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec).
Igal Bitton
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Bitton has over twenty years of experience in the electronics industry.
He is a member of SMTA (Surface Mount Technology Association) and has held various positions in Sales, Production, Quality, and as Director of Operations at Enigma Interconnect Inc.
Mr. Bitton holds various diplomas in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Richard Desrosiers
CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
Mr. Desrosiers brings over thirty years of experience in the electronics industry.
He has held various positions in RF Design, Test Engineering, NPI Team Leader, Point-to-Point Wireless Radio (2-23GHz) and Optical Technology with companies including SR Telecom, BNR, Nortel Networks and NRWC/Advantech AMS.
Mr. Desrosiers holds an Electronics Engineering Technology diploma and has obtained six Advanced RF Design Technology Certificates.
Francois Boucher
DIRECTOR OF QUALITY
Mr. Boucher brings with him over thirty years of experience in Quality and Production management functions in various manufacturing industries (Printed Circuit Board, Electronic Assembly, Injection Molding, Microelectronics, etc.).
As such, he has implemented and maintained Quality Management Systems meeting the requirements of various industry sectors: AS9100 (Aerospace), TS16949 (Automotive) and TL9000 (Telecommunication). He also has extensive hands-on experience with Canadian Aviation Regulations (Aerospace Manufacturing) and NADCAP (Electronic Task Group).
Mr. Boucher holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a member of OIQ (L’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec).
